Does the summer heat bring your child down? Our Summer Camp days start at 9:00 am with pick up time at 3:00 pm. Nicker's Retreat, LLC newly improved format offers a summer camp experience that surpasses all competition! Summer Camp is open to all students, 5 to 14 years of age. By limiting enrollment, Nicker's Retreat, LLC camp format is designed to provide each camper with a high level of individualized attention and a generous amount of riding time. Our variety of summer camp themes are designed to be both fun and educational.

Our summer camp staff enforces a safe, fun, and most importantly, hands-on approach to mastering all aspects of horsemanship and equestrian sports. Our summer camp aims to lead campers in building confidence, gaining knowledge, and forming relationships through a common interest in all that horses can do for us. The Nicker's Retreat, LLC team takes an interest in each individual camper, being sensitive to their comfort level working around horses, while progressively building their confidence throughout the week.

Nicker's Retreat, LLC campers spend their week on the farm enjoying and embracing a well-rounded equine experience. They take part in daily riding lessons, adjusted to fit their experience and comfort level, while also challenging them to master new skills. Of course, there is much more to learn about horses than simply how to ride them, so our camp also integrates daily classroom lessons and crafts to further the campers' equine knowledge, chores, and other responsibilities that come with horses!
